and you can also download it for local use.  (As I am doing now)<br/>

I you wonder why the 2002 edition has been just released, It seems<br/>
that the Fact book is published at the end of the Fiscal Year which<br/>
was Sept 30th. Hope everyone had a happy New Year (Fiscal). Until 2<br/>
weeks ago I worked in federal accounting and know many colleges who<br/>
worked late in the night to setup the accounting systems at various<br/>
agency of the US Government - without having any budgets approved by<br/>
Congress.<br/>
