Ok, but EEZ's are not territories of and don't come under the
sovereignty of their respective countries, so I wouldn't consider an
EEZ tripoint to be an international tripoint...

CIA info
Estonia:
Maritime claims: exclusive economic zone: limits fixed in
coordination with neighboring states

territorial sea: 12 NM

Finland
Maritime claims: continental shelf: 200-m depth or to the depth of
exploitation

exclusive fishing zone: 12 NM

territorial sea: 12 NM (in the Gulf of Finland - 3 NM)

Russia
Maritime claims: continental shelf: 200-m depth or to the depth of
exploitation

exclusive economic zone: 200 NM

territorial sea: 12 NM

So based on territorial claims of 12NM from Estonia and Russia and
only 3 NM from Finland it seems like there is no EEFIRU marine tp.
Now, economic zones must colide, I will bet.
