Hmm. Have posted a reply to this, but it has vanished into the ether.
Will probably turn up as soon as I make this reposting.
The old USSR/Finnish treaty boundary between the EEZ of the USSR and
the EFZ of Finland still seems to pertain in the Gulf of Finland.
Although there doesn't seem to be an Estonian/Russian maritime
treaty, any equidistance boundary extending the land border in Narva
Bay will make a tripoint with Finland. This is the situation shown in
Jane's Exclusive Economic Zones 2000.
