The tree is not known to be planted at the tp. Danish municipality borders are not marked, and the authorities involved did not want to pay a surveyer to mark the spot for the purpose.

So, so far I have not seen a market dktp2 or dktp3.

The tripoint (Greve-Roskilde-Høje Taastrup) can be found at http://www.stortele.dk/Fakta/amt_map2.asp.

I cannot confirm that the tree is 100% on the tripoint, but it will try to find out.

This weekend I travelled all the way from Frederiksberg to Hals (just north of the Limfjorden canal) and thus visited 9 dk counties. I found and photographed an old county boundary marker proclaiming Randers Amt (county) (http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Flats/9991/pics/kortrand.gif) which no longer exists (1970 I think).

ahh thanx jan

your info then seems to indicate that this is a tertiary tripoint
upon a secondary boundary line
& not really a homogeneous quintipoint

That's how I have understood it! (Maybe Jesper has more information.)
