domain, so it might be the closest an independent<br/>
country comes to an autocracy.  Then again, the<br/>
country is reach enough that there is not too many<br/>
revolts.  The Middle Eastern countries doesn&#39;t come<br/>
close to Brunei in terms of it.<br/>
