I think Hong Kong / China may have the highest traffic of these <br/>
borders.  Before Sweden changed to driving on the right in 1967, it <br/>
had large amount of cross-border traffic with Norway, which was one <br/>
of the reasons for the change.  Apparently, they used to have cross-<br/>
over bridges at some of the major crossing points.<br/>
