By the way, it looks like there is at present an old double fence all <br/>
along the Spanish/Neutral boundary, and Spain has built another two <br/>
fences there (in the article it says that they are planned for june <br/>
next year, but only now I found out that the article is from <br/>
1999...). Interesting is that the two new fences are in front of the <br/>
old fences, i.e. on the neutral zone side. Either the old fences were <br/>
not really _on_ the border, and there was some space, or Spain is <br/>
taking a bit of neutral ground here. Over the lenght of the boundary, <br/>
that may even add up to an area as big as Perejil... :-)<br/>

I wonder on what documents this neutral zone and its boundaries are <br/>
based anyway.<br/>
