I don&#39;t know the situation now, but the plan is to build a double <br/>
fence and lots of other infrastructure that would have done for <br/>

the plans (click on the illustration). The fence is Spanish, and will <br/>
run along the Spanish/neutral border.<br/>

(it looks like there is at least some fence running there at present <br/>
as well, on the Spanish side of the neutral zone) is visible, too. I <br/>
imagine that border is at the bridge over the little brook.<br/>

The neutral zone at El Tarajal is fairly narrow, judging from maps, <br/>
but it looks like Morocco considers the zone to be theirs, at least <br/>
at this spot.<br/>
