there is a map of the territories to be exchanged. The site is so<br/>
elaborately made (Flash), that you really have to know where to look<br/>
(and I can&#39;t just give you a url of that little map here), so I just<br/>
made a little screen shot of it (attached).<br/>

The darker blue territory will be handed over to France, the orange<br/>
part will become Andorran. Now Porta&#39;s problem will become clear: when<br/>
travelling on the N22 to the south, you will have to pass the<br/>
roundabout. And that roundabout will become Andorran.<br/>

For EUR 40000, you could make a little by-pass avoiding the roundabout,<br/>
I would say...<br/>
