my impression is that the original 1921 eigb partition was made simply & cleanly along preexisting county lines<br/>

& tho an attempt was made in 1925 to tweak the line along religious lines as suggested by this map <br/>

neither any of these proposed adjustments nor any other changes have ever actually been agreed to so far as i know<br/>

in other words there may well be an ongoing difference of opinion about what changes might or should be made but i think perhaps no dispute at all about the boundary as it is presently recognized<br/>
