lounging carelessly on a beautiful wharf along the rhine in basel<br/>
in the shadow of an exquisite trinational monument<br/>
& strangely becalmed probably less than 200 yards from our first try<br/>
pointing destination<br/>

for a while it looked as tho we might be headed for a mystical locale in<br/>
the wilds of central asia first but common sense & reason prevailed & we<br/>
selected this very civilized & cosmopolitan venue for our first rendezvous<br/>
<br/>
my companions who are a bunch of bounders of the first water have all<br/>
scattered or fallen asleep or gone off to play soccer but i know we will be<br/>
shipping out as soon as we can get a proper fix & a tub<br/>
<br/>
i could probably swim to the point from here but i want to make sure we get it<br/>
<br/>
we may already have a true photo of it<br/>
<br/>
it is a gem of a photo of a gorgeous place they call dreilaendereck<br/>
<br/>
i know i keep repeating but i am very excited & gassy<br/>
<br/>
actually i think it is the key west of switzerland<br/>
<br/>
isnt that silly<br/>
