municipalities, the four that Arif mentions. However, according to <br/>
the Monaco constitution, as mentioned on the official state site of <br/>
Monaco ( <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.monaco.mc/monaco/info/institutions.html">http://www.monaco.mc/monaco/info/institutions.html</a> ), Monaco <br/>
consists of only one municipality (or commune). Maybe this is a <br/>
recent development, and the CIA and UN have acted accordingly.<br/>
