guessing isn&#39;t native.  Now that was a Pelican Ghaut.<br/>

secondary administrative division.<br/>
Doesn&#39;t Monaco have four divisions?  Monaco,<br/>
Monte-Carlo, La Condamine and Fontvieille or<br/>
something.<br/>
