Montenegro&quot; and Montenegro will remain a member of that country for <br/>
at least three years. At that time Montenegro can hold a referendum <br/>
on changing its status.<br/>

The Scottish appeals court has ruled in the Lockerbie case and the <br/>
temporal enclave of Camp Zeist will ceist to exist shortly. The <br/>
defendant will be moved to a jail near Glasgow and the court will <br/>
move back to Scotland.<br/>
