<div id="ygrps-yiv-207767883">Switzerland voted over the weekend to be come the 190th memeber of <br/>
the UN. So now the only countries that are not part of the UN are:<br/>
<br/>
Vatican City State (As discussed all diplomatic relations for this <br/>
country are handled by the Holy See which as an orgaization can not <br/>
join the UN)<br/>
<br/>
East Timor (One can assume that it will join the UN when it become <br/>
independent on May 20, 2002)<br/>
<br/>
Taiwan (According to th UN and others Taiwan while having the <br/>
instituions of a country, it is not a country but part of China)<br/>
