as of 1001 hours marathon time we are still up in the air & winging it<br/>
but also still havent been able to secure an airplane<br/>
& evidently our only real hope now is that the high winds will cause someone <br/>
else to cancel their reservation<br/>
yet somehow i still have a feeling we will fly<br/>
<br/>
& meanwhile i can report a first confirmed epiphenomenon from the horseshoe <br/>
try<br/>
albeit a nonelectrical one<br/>
because yesterday i was cornered by a lady friend of bjs into agreeing to <br/>
supervise a drugfree skateboarding park for the afternoon<br/>
& tho no one showed up to skateboard i did learn this morning that the <br/>
otherwise pointless volunteer time i gave will also somehow actually be <br/>
credited & applied to somebodys scholarship<br/>
even tho presumably not yet for the mig ride<br/>
<br/>
& what with anton also agreeing to buy the drinks next time<br/>
we have thus already stored up a considerable pool of benefit as a result of <br/>
only our first year day moment multipointing multitry<br/>
<br/>
& still more good news is that we dont actually have to wait til 2112 at all <br/>
but can do a good part of this celebration again next year<br/>
& in fact thruout the entire decade to come<br/>
by just adding a month & a day & a minute each year<br/>
<br/>
by 2013 however we will again have to find something new to do for the next <br/>
88 years<br/>
