post office in an enclave which has two postcodes, one for the country <br/>
it is technically in, and one for the country that it is surrounded by. <br/>

I can&#39;t for the life of me remember where this post office was located, <br/>
although I seem to remember that one of the countries involved was <br/>
Germany. <br/>

I have tried to locate this message in the archive, but in vain. I would <br/>
be very happy if someone could refer me to the original message. <br/>
