second of all time was probably. 11:11:11 of<br/>
11/11/1111 will not be topped until 11111 AD.  Then<br/>
again, it actually happened twice that day.  I may be<br/>
the only person who waits for 11:11:11 of 11/11 every<br/>
year, especially since it is the day after my<br/>
birthday.<br/>
Secondly, some of the Canadian border stories are the<br/>
International Park near Campobello, the disputed (or<br/>
is it unclaimed) island in the Maine border, the Grand<br/>
Banks and Alaska maritime dispute, the divided islands<br/>
between Canada and USA, the quadripoint in Canada, the<br/>
divided island of Kiliniq etc. etc.<br/>
