do you have any new info on the actual situation of habitation in the
spratlys since the 1985 prescott map
for use in a map of putative or de facto eezs i would like to make of the
area
a silly idea i admit
but something like that is necessary if we are to complete the world eez
mosaic
thanx
m

& i would ask similarly for the caribbean
if there are such places there other than aves island
which i believe is the only such case that has been discussed here yet
