I could have sworn that "tyrophile" would be a word, but the OED knows
it not. But it does offer "tyromancy" for "divination by cheese",
which I'd personally pay to see.
Other cheesy words from my personal word-hoard relate to collectors of
cheese-box labels, who style themselves either "fromologists" or (more
grandly) "tyrosemiologists" (the "semi" bit being from semeion, a
symbol, which also gives us "semiotics").
