stopping at the 3nm line because it evidently extends all the way in to the<br/>
coastal baseline so if your houseboat is moored just offshore innocent<br/>
foreign ships may indeed pass right thru not only your province & town but<br/>
your bedroom too<br/>

& this of course also means your division of more & lass sovereign<br/>
territories doesnt occur at 3nm but similarly at the coastal baseline<br/>
