Does
someone know anything about the tiny piece of East Berlin on the
west bank
of the Schiffahrtskanal (the entrance to the Humboldthafen)
and the north
bank of the Spree river? Sometimes you see it on maps,
but sometimes you
don't. Was it traded over in one of the area swaps?
Surely, it wasn't of
any use to the GDR. It was most probably outside
the wall (just like the
little triangle behind St. Thomas church).
