newcomers may not all realize we have pioneered here in scoping out the
maritime tricountry points ever since the first millennium bp
when for example in message 247 we had already reached the point of
estimating fairly accurately that there could presently be 160 real or
potential eez tricountry points in the world
or when by message 754 we already had positive confirmation of this as well
as of the enormous difficulty & cost of completing even a preliminary
punctoscopy

& more recent arrivals may also not realize that we understood the
importance of our eez tripoint research for everyones land ever since the
second millennium when beginning with messages 1213ff & 1280 we saw the
potentiality for 130 additional eez tripoints with everyones land & thus a
total of about 290 tripoints for the complete global eez mosaic
incorporating & treating the areas reserved for everyones land as if they
were everyones eezs
nor may they realize that these roughly 290 tripoints are joined by the
roughly 160 much more commonly recognized tricountry points situated on the
continents plus a small number of territorial sea tripoints
to produce a global estimated grand total of 460 tricountry points of all kinds

& it is probably also worth mentioning or reviewing that in message 1345
martin made it clear we need to subtract all continental shelf claims from
the common wealth of everyones land
& that in message 1697 he also made it clear that there exists both a
continuous zone of sovereignty & a continuous zone of sovereign rights

& because we were naturally trying for greatest possible homogeneity in our
earliest tries
& because sovereignty tripoints are more comparable to continental
tricountry points than are sovereign rights tripoints
our primary focus thus shifted by message 1737 from the sovereign rights
tripoints to the sovereign aka territorial sea tripoints

& we gradually realized further in messages 1768 & 1773 & 1786 that there
were probably as few as 6 potential territorial sea tricountry points in
the world as compared with the roughly 160 eez tripoints but we had not
yet then nor have we even now confirmed any as being legally real

of course today we are very close to having a confirmed pair of hritsi
territorial sea multipoints of which the greater one a quadripoint
appears also about to produce our first everyonese megapoint
& we are probably also close tho not quite so close to having a confirmed
bhqasa territorial sea tripoint too

moreover in more recent millenniums grant has also been progressively fine
tuning our global eez tricountry punctoscopy & has most recently been
showing signs of producing a revised try so once again tho we are still
in bits & pieces all over the place we are in process of gathering all the
data into a single global assemblage which will coincidentally but not
accidentally also produce the framework for the first complete model & map
of everyones land at both its sovereign territorial limits
namely at the minimum & maximum offsets of usually tho not always 200nm &
12nm respectively from coastal baselines
but admittedly still with many exceptions owing to continental shelf claims
& eccentric boxes & other more than standard as well as less than standard
claims

however at this moment the biggest pea under all these mattresses &
millenniums of messages & data seems to me to rest in the west indies
between st martin & anguilla where equidistance alone should yield a
probable frgbnl tricountry point well within 12nm of all 3 sovereign dry
land areas according to grant in 3796 but which is evidently foreclosed
as martin may also have meant in 1773 by the strangely modest 3nm claim gb
makes for anguilla & many other british colonies even while claiming a full
12nm for the uk itself & a few other colonies
all also according to grant in 2422

so to help complete our try can anyone absolutely confirm &or explain what
is going on here or rather not going on here with this understated 3nm
claim that forces us to reject the otherwise natural frgbnl probability
from our trawl
along with some similarly unfulfilled belizean & singaporean tripoints
or whether indeed probabilities such as these are to be absolutely rejected
after all

& can anyone bring any other new info to bear about these or any other
territorial sea multipoints

& finally can anyone offer an opinion about how to treat the potential
territorial sea tripoints in the spratly islands rather than just ignoring
them as is usual

with major thanx to all for pitching in or just being here
