your pic is marker number 14 of the 1947 series



bus&ss p91 says of it in digest

1 supreme court reaffirmed dcva line at high water mark in 1931

2 usgs determined & marked dcva high water line with this marker & others in 1947

3 the pierhead line modification that was adopted in 59stat552 at some later date skirted & retired this entire demarcation



but it is my recollection that your marker 14 or some other number that was the terminal marker in the series

tho also the former dcmdvas tripoint

is not the present dcmdvas tripoint either

but does at least stand in true alignment with the surviving sector of the dcva line running northeastward from just offshore thru the side of the drawbridge tower

all of which you can & really should see at topozone

but especially the present tripoint location as shown there

because i think all the depictions are basically correct there
