a selfcroned majesty of the "United Kingdom of
Cosmos World" increases his territory step by step.
since october 2000 he tells different executives in
switzerland, germany and austria by fax, that their land belongs from now on to
his new kingdom.
In early 2001 he occupied Lake Constance with all
islands. after this he declared all actions taking water from the lake as
illegal, if not paid.
In September 2001 he told the Bundesrat of
switzerland, the northern border of switzerland has been put illegally more to
the north.
according to majesty bosch every little place
belongs to his kingdom, that has been created after 1803, the year, Thurgau was
founded.
the subject of his claims are the territories, that
came from throwing stones and sand into the lake to get more land. in
kreuzlingen a sportsstadion has been built on such land.
especially kreuzlingen would be much smaller as
thougt by the autorities: about 100 squarekilometers!
first victim of occupation was buesingen. only
short time later he occupied verenahof, Jungholz, Kleines Walsertal and the
District of Lindau, finally followed by Lake Constance.
His legitimation is the idea, land without owner
can be taken and occupied be everyone.If noone resists, the occupation is
legally. Because of undefined borders in the Lake Constance he combines, he lake
belongs to nobody!
Other argumentation: the "exclaves" of
jungholz and kleinwalsertal are not mentioned in treaties of the
alliies after WWII. Germany and Austria were
founded later, so those places could not belong to them. Also Verenahof was not
mentioned in only one treaty...
