It was in the back yard of the shop at DEFRLU.
 
NI was on the French side. P was on the border line side.

I have a photo from the GCEBE that shows an old, mossy border marker with the letter "P" and either "No 1" or "N I" on it.
 
I believe this is near the France-German/Lux tri-line or near Basel.
 
I'm trying to identify what the P would stand for.  Ideas?
