would be &gt;45 degrees = &gt;5000km from the nearest capital - Wellington. <br/>
A little displacement away from the South Pole along the Greenwich <br/>
meridian would farther increase that distance, because the South <br/>
African capital(s) are well north of the 40S line. So somewhere in <br/>
Queen Maud Land, maybe 80-ish south?<br/>
