mean is the following: Amsterdam is the capital of the Netherlands, <br/>
but is _not_ the capital of the province it&#39;s in (North Holland); <br/>
this is Haarlem.<br/>
<br/>
The capital of the Spanish region of Extremadura is Merida, but this <br/>
town is in the province of Badajoz, of which the city with that name <br/>
is the capital.<br/>

Are there other examples like that?<br/>
