I didn't know that the Plancius Foundation still is active.

I do know about the Russian vessels. Is it not so that they are in the
Arctic in the northern summer and in the Antarctic in the southern summer?

And to bring it back to BP:
During their travels they would cross a lot of EEZ or 12nm boundaries, or
beter still, visit a sea-clave.

But in the mean time we are four, interested in polar stuff.
