I do know about the Russian vessels. Is it not so that they are in the<br/>
Arctic in the northern summer and in the Antarctic in the southern summer?<br/>

And to bring it back to BP:<br/>
During their travels they would cross a lot of EEZ or 12nm boundaries, or<br/>
beter still, visit a sea-clave.<br/>
