we are evidently working on different scales
also i have found quite a bit of distortion by topozone from the scale of the original paper topos
& this alone could have produced the 55 foot difference between us
the same difference also appears to me to push the original tripoint position a fairly noticeable distance into what is shown by usgs as minnesota
tho i am cribbing in part from topozone & in part from memory of my paper topo about this last detail
in any case it is clear that more study is necessary
