<div id="ygrps-yiv-606015228">Another building on the border I just found out about. The fireplace <br/>
of the farm &quot;Het Groot Moerhof&quot;, nowadays a tearoom, is right on the <br/>
befr border. The polder De Moeren was made dry in 1617, but was <br/>
flooded again and made dry for the second time in 1746. In 1713, the <br/>
border between the Southern Netherlands and France was established as <br/>
a straight line, having at one end as a target the church tower of <br/>
Hondschote, and at the other end the said farm.<br/>

I&#39;ve never been there, but I think that I&#39;m going to visit it one of <br/>
these days.<br/>
