Here is one that nobody has mentioned so far.
South Cape (Ka Loe)
is at the extreme southern tip of the big
island. The only town in that
vicinity is Naalehu about 11 miles nne of the
Cape.

and is best known as the
author of "Fifty State Summits" a guide to the
highest point in each
