I don't think so, Jack.  Despite all the rain we've had in Florida, we're (unbelievably) still under official drought conditions due to the low level of the water table.  There are still many former small lakes that are dried up.
 
On a more serious note:  it looks like you may have the "W95/MTX@M "  virus on your PC.

Just wondering whether the 13" of rain just dumped on Martin County, FL
raised the level of Lake Okeechobee enough to disturb the anchor on the
quinti-point bouy that you and Bill placed last winter?
