In the Germany-Switzerland description of Biger, p. 241:

"The boundary tripoint with Austria is located in the southeastern section
of Lake Constance, 2 miles (3.2 km.) north of the Swiss town of
Altenrhein. From there the boundary line runs through the lake in a
northwesterly direction, reaching the mouth [sic] of the Rhine River where
it enters [sic] the lake from the west."

Biger does not at all discuss the controversy, the fact that the borders
are undefined in parts of the lake deeper than 25 meters etc.

Perhaps Gideon's book is not a bible after all!
(It is still useful of course)
