Lake Constance/Bodensee
The entire lake is not disputed. The territorry of the
countries extend from the shore and until 25 m deep. Perhaps we should hire
a boat and visit the only unresolved tripoint in Europe. Or at least
triarea.
Heringsbosch
Got an email from the local German authorities saying:
"The border lies in the middle of the road. This does
not mean that it is a neutral place. Things like the maintenace of the road or
the area of the responsibility of the police are normally arranged in
aggreements between both countries."
A border in the middle of a road is a great border line for a
border freak, but very common. I would have liked the zig zag story to have been
true :-(
