The Belgian maps are 13,50 guilders. The Dutch ones (also 1:25k topo)
are 16 guilders. Because both have shortcomings, I thought I'd buy
them both. You need Belgian sheets 8/3-4 and 2/7-8 (this last one was
not available, but I'm going to Belgium next Friday so I'll have a
look there), and the Dutch sheets are 50B and 50G.
Since my map shop is a very simple one, I think you can get these
maps from any good map shop in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany.
I don't know what is the easiest way for you, but you can always
order these maps on-line, too, like Brendan wrote.

What struck me was:
The Dutch map doesn't show Loveren enclave, and looks a bit sloppy on
the enclave boundaries, too.
But the Dutch map is much more recent than the Belgian one, and it
does show the Withagen enclave, the most recent one. This one the
Belgian map doesn't show.
The Belgian map doesn't show the Dutch territory in colour anymore;
now it's just in one colour (brownish), and directly copied from a
(rather old) Dutch topo map.
The enclaves are shown on the Dutch maps as hatched (in red), and in
a pinkish colour on the Belgian maps. What is also interesting on the
Belgian maps, is the fact that the Baarle-Hertog exclaves that
nevertheless border other Belgian territory (so municipal exclaves)
are indicated (which is normal, because the Belgian municipal
boundaries are shown). So you can see that, if you put the two Baarle
municipalities together, there are no enclaves whatsoever.
