Parliament moves from Bruxelles to Strasbourg from time to time. This <br/>
is not to escape the &#39;heat&#39; of Bruxelles&#39; its so the politicians can <br/>
buy cheap petrol in Luxembourg on the way down and then claim the <br/>
more expensive Belgian/French price back on expenses! Obvoiusly not <br/>
as glamourous as Bhutan&#39;s summer palace wanderings, but if The EU <br/>
parlimentarians hear about that scenario no doubt they will propose <br/>
Marbella in Spain as a third parliament site! Michael</div>
