Hi,
In this case i got the Dutch - German treaty from the German “Institut
für Geodäsie” in Berlin/Frankfurt. Take a look on www.ifag.de.
The older treaties (1815-1819) with Netherlands and Prussia i've got
from the Landeshauptarchiv in Düsseldorf via copies.
Your 203-II is the last one which is situated in the official map. Also
the boundary-description stopped at 203-II. Maybe they extended the
agreement after the “Ems-Dollard”-Convention and placed more
border-stones.
Some info's to treaties etc. you will find per Internet, especially with
Switzerland/France (www.admin.ch)
Cheers
