Dear group, I returned from my soccer trip to Holland and Belgium 10 days ago, an experience not to be missed...
Very soon I'll call myself the owner of a brandnew scanner and shall send you a lot of border photographs and pictures of tripoints as well.
I just looked thru some old photographs and found the very first tripoint I ever visited many, many years ago: the tripoint Austria-Hungary-Czechoslovakia. Situated about 30 miles east of Vienna. Guess this picture must be at least 35 years of age... at that time both Hungary and Czechosl. had the iron curtain at their borders, so a visit to these borders always included a certain moment of thrill...
This weekend I'll have Jesper here in Olstykke ...there's much to talk about...

Help me please: 3 years ago I had the pleasure of visiting Washington state, crossed into Canada a couple of times and took some nice pictures.
At the end of my trip somebody told me about POINT ROBERTS south of Vancouver ! A few square miles US attached to Canadian territory, only accessible thru Canada or by sea. It looks quite weird to me...
Bye for now
Peter
