in terms of my sheer posting frequency the reasons why i have contributed
as you say twice nearly 47 & a half percent of the messages to date are
or include
a i am our only available immoderator
b our true moderator is exceedingly so & probably entirely absent for now
c our host is somewhat preoccupied now too
d our most garrulous & lucid member is presently fried &or down
so it has fallen to me to post relays for him too
e almost everyone else seems to be on vacation
or otherwise indisposed at the moment

indisposed i grant perhaps for the reasons you give
which would indeed be a serious pickle for me & us
but i doubt it is quite that simple

regarding the sheer bulk of my scribblings i trust you also understand
a like yourself i am just having too much fun
& i know this is not at anyones expense in any case
b like yourself i am just a gargantuan sort of guy anyway
c this game at its best is full of subtleties that need elucidation
d i like to give full value & then some
e i wish there was a freakin fifth reason

about my general indecipherability or inscrutability i hope you will not be
