on-line 2006 Geography Cup Challenge at any time through December 31. <br/>
You must register (free) to participate, and your IP address is checked <br/>
to be sure that you are in the proper country.  The URL is<br/>
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.geographycup.com">http://www.geographycup.com</a> .  It&#39;s a lot of fun.  Use your geographic <br/>
knowledge to increase your country&#39;s score.<br/>
<br/>
You will be asked to identify ten randomly selected countries on a world <br/>
map and answer three questions by the same means during a generous <br/>
two-minute time limit.<br/>
<br/>
Tips:  Click the appropriate part of the whole-world inset in the upper <br/>
left to pan the large main map instantly to view the part of the world <br/>
that you need.  Using the directional arrows to pan takes too much time. <br/>
The toothpick-like icons sticking in the main map are clickable markers <br/>
for micro-nations and islands.  Use them to select the corresponding <br/>
locations.<br/>
