because bede is in the middle of the river<br/>
the triline must begin & or end there at bede in the<br/>
middle of the river<br/>

the triline does begin & or end on the luxembourg side<br/>
<br/>
but never touches the german side of the river because<br/>
belgium never touches the german side<br/>
