demarcating the namibia zambia boundary or else as<br/>
number 32 in a southeastward series demarcating the<br/>
lower angola zambia boundary<br/>

its geoposition is<br/>
s lat 17d 38m 10s600 &<br/>
e long 23d 25m 47s604<br/>
just where the tree line above the left bank of the<br/>
cuando river flood<br/>
plain crosses into the caprivi strip<br/>

i am a little skeptical anyway to see 3 decimal places<br/>
of degminsec<br/>
which means the exact freakin square inch<br/>
asserted as an alpha point or any point at so early a<br/>
date as this<br/>

even when zoomed to the omega point of visibility <br/>

apocopated position <br/>
the google coord registry is limited to 2 decimal<br/>
places of degminsec <br/>
& probably already slightly spurious<br/>
or at least pleonastic with those zeroes repeated at<br/>
the end<br/>

still <br/>
this may well be as precise a placement as can be made<br/>
on google earth<br/>
& hardly what i would qualify a guesswork on any level<br/>
but rather practically a certainty<br/>
within the limits of the data & technology<br/>
