three shades of green was called the &quot;Corner Tree&quot; as<br/>
it stood at the geographical point where the three<br/>
counties joined. Big Spring residents claim that the<br/>
leaves facing each county reflected a different shade<br/>
of green. A granite marker now sits near where the<br/>
&quot;Corner Tree&quot; once stood. <br/>
