still it seems significant that the detailed design is reportedly incomplete after all these
years
as the selection of the most suitable location for the bridge is still pending

this suggests the possibility of a final plan that completely avoids any chance of impinging
on zimbabwean territory & any need to negotiate the bwzw dispute about the quadripoint
or quadriarea location
by simply crossing the river just a bit farther upstream than zimbabwe could possibly
claim

provided of course that namibia doesnt raise a similar objection in that case

but by such tiny increments as these
light is apparently being shed
however indirectly
on what lies where & belongs to whom in this maelstrom of multiconvergency
