this suggests the possibility of a final plan that completely avoids any chance of impinging <br/>
on zimbabwean territory & any need to negotiate the bwzw dispute about the quadripoint <br/>
or quadriarea location <br/>
by simply crossing the river just a bit farther upstream than zimbabwe could possibly <br/>
claim<br/>
