thanx again
& i do realize encarta isnt as zoomable as these
but it was ideal in showing all 4 localities involved
in the chdreamo question within a single frame
albeit with parish & other minor subdivisional borders
conspicuously missing

but would you or anyone happen to know anything about
the municipal boundary depictions on these ordnance
survey maps

they mystify me entirely even as i somehow expect they
should be easy to read
as well as authoritative & complete
because they at least look so promising & forthcoming

but which & where are the boundary lines in all this
wonderful detail

perhaps there is a master map legend somewhere that
will explain & solve everything
