well they are undoubtedly authentic pix of the greater
byruua triarea
most probably within a very few hundred meters of
ground zero
so it is curious that these folks dont show any
interest in the byruua monument that we know & love
rising from the kurgan druzhby
meaning mound of friendship or freedom monument or
something

which i believe must stand & indeed dominate the scene

in the case of all 3 of these flickr pix directly
behind the photographer
& in the center of what i am guessing has become a
full traffic circle

the byruua tripoint per se tho
based on soviet administrative practice if not any
subsequent treaty
is i believe in the pavement at the foot of this
monument
& still exactly as was depicted here

except that the roadway into russia must have since
been upgraded & straightened so as to substantially
match the other two roadways

it is ironic tho that despite so many visits by so
many hordes of visitors to this fairly monumental
monument & tripoint
we are still class e here as in elusive
& moreover have not a clue what it looks like on the
ground there

some really good news to add is that the bp search
engine has been magnificently upgraded recently
so it isnt even necessary to keep pumping it all the
way back to message number 1 any more
but the whole trove is given immediately &
automatically in bite sized chunks of 10 units

try it out on your favorite topic
& youll love it now even more than before

between border base & bp we are very rich indeed
