in which the Serbia and Montenegro flag was lowered for the last time <br/>
and the Serbian flag was raised in its place.  They said that the <br/>
Serbian Parliament had voted yesterday to officially dissolve the <br/>
federation in light of the departure of Montenegro.<br/>
<br/>
This brings them more in tune with the Czechoslovakia dissolution model.<br/>
