could use some help with the lithuanian political
geography & language
but
this page appears to report a try for the combined
kaunas siauliu taurage tricounty & the kelme raseiniai
taurage trimunicipal point
aka lt2kusata3kerata
http://www.angelfire.com/blues/riba/kerata.html
judging & cribbing from
http://statoids.com/ult.html
& which you can scope out here as 1 of the 9 most
major tripoints in lithuania
http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/europe/lithuania_pol_2002.jpg
or perhaps better here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Municipalities_in_Lithuania.png

& this page appears to report a try for the nearby
tertiary or regional tripoint
http://www.angelfire.com/blues/riba/ketasi.html
namely lt2sata3kesita if i got it right
with kelme & silale & taurage municipalities

part of the difficulty here btw is that there either
are or were
either 42 or 43 or 52 or 55 or 56 or 60 rayons or
regions or municipalities
according to various sources & indications
for example
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Counties_of_Lithuania
& i cant tell whats real & current on this level

also
all grouped together on a third page
http://www.angelfire.com/blues/riba/trys.html
are evidently & miscellaneously
from top to bottom
lt2kumr3kakusa with kaunas & kazlu ruda & sakiai
municipalities
& lt2kumrta3jukusa being a second of the 9 tricounty
points
namely kaunas marijampole taurage
& finally lt2ku3kekura & jokeku & jokaku & jokapr
all 4 being tertiary tripoints within kaunas county
combining with various other municipalities the donut
shaped kaunas noncity municipality
as distinct from the kaunas city municipality enclaved
within it as the donut hole

all 8 of these tripoints are from
http://www.angelfire.com/blues/riba/index4.html
which includes some other old friends as well
