& normally the point where a land or river border
meets the sea is not considered a tripoint
since it is not a geopolitical trijunction

& the border just continues into the sea besides

but in this case
because there is an esfr territorial condominium in
the estuary
it appears there may actually be not 1 but a couple of
esesfrfr condo tripoints just about where you are
evidently trying to indicate
